About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Executive Talent Acquisition Leader to join our team at TD. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing executive talent acquisition strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract and retain top talent across the enterprise
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition professionals to achieve hiring objectives
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify critical talent gaps and develop targeted solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of talent acquisition initiatives
  • Continuously evaluate and improve talent acquisition processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, HR or a related discipline would be an asset
  • 10+ years of experience in HR, Business, and/or Management Consulting with significant exposure to strategy development and implementation and business transformation initiatives preferably within the Financial Industry

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 per year, plus additional benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
