Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead

As the Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing executive talent acquisition strategies that drive business growth and excellence.
About the Role:
This is an exceptional opportunity to join TD Bank's Human Resources team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping the organization's global executive talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the delivery of timely and high-quality service to various lines of business. You will also lead the design and implementation of cohesive executive talent acquisition plans across different regions and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide executive talent acquisition strategies that meet the unique needs of diverse portfolio businesses.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to identify critical talent gaps and develop targeted recruitment initiatives.
- Lead the performance management of the Executive Talent Acquisition team, driving collaboration and continuous learning within the group.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, and other critical stakeholders.
- Evaluate and calibrate organizational structures to ensure the team is appropriately staffed to deliver timely and high-quality service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required; Post Graduate degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related discipline is highly valued.
- 10+ years of experience in HR, Business, and/or Management Consulting with significant exposure to strategy development and implementation.
Compensation and Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $200,000 CAD per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, the package includes comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
