Job Title: Strategic Talent Development ManagerOverview

This role is responsible for developing and executing strategic talent plans to drive business growth and success. As a key member of our HR team, you will partner with senior executives to design and implement initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic talent plans aligned with business objectives
  • Partner with senior executives to design and execute talent initiatives
  • Conduct analysis to identify skills gaps and opportunities for development
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop training programs and succession plans
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of talent initiatives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
  • Global experience in multiple HR subject areas
  • Technology industry experience
  • Private company experience
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification
