Global Business Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to join our client's team in a hybrid role that balances remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Focus on Enhancing Customer Loyalty:
- Execute impactful corporate initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
- Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services
- Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months)
Compensation Package:
A competitive base salary of $120K CAD with potential for up to $160K CAD in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions. We offer a dynamic and challenging environment for strategic thinkers who are passionate about driving business growth and building lasting client relationships.
