Chief Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Growth Strategist to join True North Consultants in the Toronto area. This hybrid role requires you to be within a commutable distance to the office, blending remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:- Identify potential growth opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend critical business needs and objectives.
- Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals.

- Currently reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements.
- At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last decade.
- Proven track record of business development in marketing solutions or professional services.
- Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
- Compensation is commission-driven with significant earning potential.
- A four-year college degree is preferred.
We offer a base salary of $120K CAD with the potential to earn $160k in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions.
