Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven business development professional to join our team at Integra Personnel in the Oakville, Toronto area. This role requires you to be based within a commutable distance to the office, blending remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.
Our client is a global engagement agency that uses behavioral economics to produce measurable results for clients by driving and sustaining engagement with their employees, channel partners, and customers. Supporting 160 countries through seven global headquarters and operating in 22 languages, they continue to bring best-in-class solutions to its global, regional, and local customers.
You will develop strong relationships and gain a deep understanding of clients' pivotal business strategies within assigned accounts. Key responsibilities include enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives.
To succeed in this role, you should currently reside in the specified market area and have at least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years.
A proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services is required, as well as experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
We offer a base salary of $120K CAD with the potential to earn $160k in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions.
