Business Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Director to join our client's team in the Toronto area. This hybrid role requires flexibility, blending remote work with in-person collaboration.

The Role:

This position focuses on enhancing customer loyalty and executing impactful corporate initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months)
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies
  • No more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
  • A proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services
  • Experience working with diverse sales teams and managing complex sales cycles

Compensation:

We offer a base salary of $120K CAD with the potential to earn up to $160K in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions.
