Salary:
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of $120K CAD, with significant earning potential through activity bonuses and commissions.
In the first year, the compensation package has the potential to reach up to $160k CAD.
About the Role:
This hybrid position requires the ability to work remotely while being within a commutable distance to the office in the Oakville, Toronto area.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and driving their business objectives forward.
Collaborating with subject matter experts, you will design and implement solutions that meet client needs and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Engage with stakeholders to comprehend their critical business needs and objectives
- Lead the creation and execution of solutions that align with clients' goals
- Foster customer loyalty and execute impactful corporate initiatives
Requirements:
- Reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements
- At least 8 years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies, with no more than 3 job changes in the last 10 years
- Proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services
- Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months)
- A four-year college degree is preferred
