We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to join our client's team in the Oakville, Toronto area. This hybrid role requires you to be within a commutable distance to the office, blending remote work flexibility with in-person collaboration.

Sales Focus:
  • Enhance customer loyalty through targeted initiatives.

Qualifications:

  1. You must reside in the specified market area for hybrid work requirements.
  2. No more than three job changes in the last ten years with at least eight years of B2B sales experience targeting Fortune 500 companies.
  3. A proven track record of new business development in marketing solutions or professional services.
  4. Experience closing high-volume sales ($250k+ per sale) and managing diverse sales cycles (3 to 12 months).
Compensation Package:

Our compensation package includes a base salary of $120K CAD with potential earnings up to $160K in the first year through activity bonuses and commissions.
