Territory Business Development Lead

UAP Inc., Canada's largest truck and heavy-duty vehicle parts distribution network, is seeking a skilled Territory Business Development Lead to join our Heavy Vehicle Parts Division.
Estimated Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience and location.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth within an assigned territory by prospecting new customers, growing existing relationships, and implementing strategic plans to achieve market development and share.
About the Role:
- Generate sales revenue within assigned territory by promoting products and services to existing and potential customers.
- Analyze performance indicators, price profiles, market trends, and competitive pricing to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive market development and share.
- Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and sales promotions.
- Contribute to the growth of assigned area.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years' experience in sales (Outside).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM's, and other technologies.
- Ability to travel 75% of the time.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Heavy Vehicle Parts and Accessories is considered an asset.
