Your Mission

  3. Relationship Forging: Cultivate lasting relationships with dental professionals, clinic managers, and decision-makers, building trust and rapport through your interpersonal finesse.
  4. Consultative Partner: Understand each client's unique needs, offering tailored solutions that showcase your expertise as a trusted advisor in the industry.
  5. Collaboration and Innovation: Collaborate internally to craft innovative sales strategies and refine processes, shaping the future of our company.
Requirements
  • Education & Training: A university degree is preferred, but your B2B sales experience and accomplishments are valued.
  • Work Experience & Accomplishments: 3+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably in dental or other competitive healthcare industries.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  1. Selling: Proficient in consultative sales with knowledge of the Challenger technique or related methods is preferred.
  2. Drive: You've proven your prowess as a sales hunter, consistently surpassing targets and leaving a trail of success in your wake.
