Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Territory Lead to join our team at Acosta Sales & Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in assigned territories.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8+ years of combined sales and/or retail sales experience, with a proven track record of managing a territory and training in the retail space. They will also possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as knowledge of the technology/consumer electronics industry.

Beyond your technical expertise, you should be passionate about staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and teams to identify opportunities and execute plans.
  • Conduct formal and informal training events on product features and benefits within stores and markets.
  • Analyze sales and market data to provide consultation and correction for under-performing stores.
  • Lift 20lbs, and have full-time access to a vehicle.
