Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and goal-driven individual to manage our territory sales operations in Southern Ontario. As a Territory Sales Director, you will be responsible for implementing and achieving sales and marketing plans, driving sales of forklift and other material handling equipment, and developing relationships with key customers.
Responsibilities- Sell new and used material handling equipment within designated areas of responsibility.
- Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to cover all current and prospect-account locations.
- Grow our share of existing customer bases, acquire new customers, and identify key strategic customers for growth opportunities.
- Keep current on customers' business activities and changing needs, preparing and maintaining customer status reports.
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies for the territory.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and industry models.
- Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and accurate management of travel requirements and expenses.
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and goal-driven individual with proven ability to build and grow sales in a defined territory.
- Familiarity with the Material Handling industry, having spent time working in or servicing it.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and passport required, with availability to travel internationally.
- Bilingualism (English & French) considered an asset.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
