HR Business Partner

At Randstad Canada, we're seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our site's talent strategy. Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will have the opportunity to expand your role based on site needs.
Work EnvironmentThis is a 100% on-site position with occasional remote work options, allowing you to stay connected with colleagues and customers while working from home. You'll have access to significant projects and potential for advancement to increased responsibilities within the HR team.
Professional DevelopmentYou will establish strong relationships with managers and directors to understand their needs and bring strategic visibility to HR activities and their impact on the business. Your expertise will be essential in developing the organizational culture, analyzing employee satisfaction and engagement surveys, and designing actionable plans in collaboration with local teams.
Employee RelationsYou will oversee day-to-day employee relations, ensuring fair and effective management of HR matters while mitigating legal risks and maintaining a thorough understanding of applicable labor laws. This includes leading HR projects, promoting initiatives to leadership and staff, and ensuring their successful implementation.
Operational SupportAs an HR Business Partner, you will share HR responsibilities across the site with the HR team, covering all aspects of talent management and skills development. With a minimum of 10-15 years of HR experience, including 5 years in a manufacturing setting, you will leverage your expertise to drive results and support the growth of our organization.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Experience with centralized HR platforms (such as Workday) is an asset. Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.
