Strategic HR Business Partner for Innovation

The Senior HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor and partner to leadership teams across Technology, Product, and Operations functions. This role involves driving HR initiatives that align with business goals, focusing on talent management, organizational development, employee engagement, and performance management.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role supporting Technology, Product, or Operations functions. They will have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee engagement practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills are essential for building strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in Technology, Product, and Operations, providing strategic HR guidance to support business objectives and drive organizational success.
- Talent Management: Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and retention strategies, ensuring the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
- Organizational Development: Partner with leaders to design and implement organizational structures that promote agility, scalability, and innovation. Drive change management initiatives and support the evolution of the organization's culture.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment where employees feel valued, supported, and motivated to achieve their best work.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process for the Technology, Product, and Operations teams, providing guidance on goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans. Foster a culture of continuous feedback and development.
- HR Programs and Initiatives: Implement HR programs and initiatives that align with the company's strategic priorities, such as diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and employee well-being.
