High-Performing HR Business Partner for Coveo

Job Description:
Coveo is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our Sales and Marketing teams across Canada, the US, Europe, and Australia.
Main Responsibilities:
- Advise senior leaders on HR-related matters, including talent management, performance assessment, succession planning, and effective communication.
- Develop deep partnerships with business units, fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Shape and implement people strategies that align with business goals, collaborating with corporate HR to ensure resource allocation.
- Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems, represent business unit interests in corporate HR collaborations, and lead change management initiatives.
- Directly contribute to or lead transformational projects, driving change by aligning HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a senior HR professional, consistently adding value as a trusted business partner.
- Strong relationships with senior leadership, sound judgment, and ability to diagnose and address issues effectively.
- Skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, essential for engaging with customer groups across North America and Europe.
- Prior experience working with Sales & Marketing Executive leadership, understanding of business strategic priorities and levers.
- Familiarity with remote work environments and ability to work full-time in Quebec, Montreal, Weert, or London locations.
