We aim to create exceptional customer experiences by innovating our products, user experiences, and business practices. Our Inside Sales Account Managers are part of the Key Account Management team, supported by Enterprise Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Sales Leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Informing new inbound leads about Vention's history within existing Key Accounts.
  • Informing new and existing users about marketing events and driving user attendance.
  • Working both inbound, existing users and outbound leads to target Key Accounts including opportunities discovery, pipeline building, and quota achievement.
  • Building skills as an expert in discovery calls, sales process, qualification methodology, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Conducting high-volume prospecting primarily within existing users of key accounts.
  • Setting up highly qualified meetings with senior sales experts with the goal of running introductory meetings and demos.
  • Working closely with Senior KAM and marketing to implement strategy and process.
  • Reporting on a weekly basis metrics, performance, and results.
  • Proactively looking for ways to improve results and liaising with sales and marketing leadership to action those.
  • Collaborating with leadership to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

We estimate the salary range for this role to be between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • You bring 1-2 years of experience in commercial/technical sales.
  • You ideally have a technical background - with a preferred degree in engineering or related technical degree.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English, are an active listener, and ask intelligent, well-thought-out questions.
  • You are at ease speaking with and presenting to clients and love picking up the phone.
  • You have a passion for customer success and the ability to listen and detect client needs.
  • Experience with any sales tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Salesforce, Seismic, is considered an asset.
