Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team at Frank & Oak Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development and nurturing of relationships with key accounts.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our accounts are well-supported, while helping us expand our customer base.
The role requires a proactive and strategic approach, as well as excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities- Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, driving brand visibility and sales growth.
- Develop Account Strategies: Create and implement account strategies and plans aligned with quarterly sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify New Opportunities: Identify new business opportunities (retailers) and proactively prospect for new accounts to expand our customer base.
- Represent Our Brand: Represent Frank & Oak Inc. at trade shows and industry events, generating leads and fostering relationships with potential partners.
- Showroom Appointments: Coordinate and facilitate showroom appointments with key buyers, ensuring a personalized experience that aligns with our brand values.
- Training Programs: Develop and deliver training programs for store staff, empowering them with the knowledge and skills to effectively represent and sell our products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment on business priorities and seamless execution of account plans.
- Regular Business Reviews: Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend improvements.
- Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor insights to shape account strategies and tactics.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-tier customer service to key accounts, resolving issues and addressing inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Meet Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Collaborative Team Player: A collaborative and positive team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Account Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in account management, ideally in the clothing or fashion industry
- Relationship Building: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute account plans that drive business results
- Negotiation Skills: Skilled in negotiating and managing contracts, pricing, and terms
- Track Record of Success: Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, B2B platforms (e.g., Nuorder, JOOR), and other data analysis tools
- Sustainable Fashion Knowledge: Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and experience working with eco-conscious brands is a significant advantage
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Independent Work Style: Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
