Key Account Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at St-Amour & Associates, Senc.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, including Costco. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective market analysis and strategic positioning.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Lead and oversee assigned account portfolios, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to meet or exceed targets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to anticipate trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure optimal positioning of our clients' products in the market.
To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is required.
- Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing accounts with major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, or Giant Tiger.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through effective market analysis and positioning.
$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
