We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at St-Amour & Associates, Senc.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing a portfolio of key accounts, including Costco. This includes ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth through effective market analysis and strategic positioning.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Lead and oversee assigned account portfolios, leveraging expertise to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to meet or exceed targets.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analyses to anticipate trends, identify new business opportunities, and ensure optimal positioning of our clients' products in the market.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in both French and English is required.
  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience managing accounts with major retailers such as Costco, Walmart, or Giant Tiger.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing teams and driving results.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, develop innovative solutions, and drive business growth through effective market analysis and positioning.
Estimated Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
