Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year

As a Key Account Business Development Specialist at National Bank, you will have the opportunity to work in synergy with various partners and leverage your excellent customer service skills to take charge of clients' needs.

Your role will involve:

  • Opening commercial files and assisting clients with various transactions
  • Performing checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.)
  • Developing tailored solutions to meet client needs
  • Building lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service
  • Collaborating with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Requirements

  • Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses
  • Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy
