About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales and Account Development Representative to join our team at TD SYNNEX.

Job Description
  • Develop, grow, and maintain existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Achieve daily performance standards, including calls, orders, sales time, and quota.
  • Meet assigned revenue and profit goals by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Provide pricing and product information to customers, positioning products and services to meet their needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer profiles and information, processing return authorizations and handling incoming calls.
  • Process orders accurately and maintain back-order accounts, ensuring timely delivery and communication with customers.
  • Collaborate with outside associates and Business Development Reps to develop new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • 6 months of inside sales experience or 2 years industry-related experience.
  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Strong desire to learn and show initiative, with excellent communication skills.
  • Innovative, self-motivated, and proficient in MS Word and Excel.
  • Good interdepartmental relationships and willingness to work extended hours as needed.
Compensation and Benefits

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including elective benefits, growth opportunities, and a global organization to connect with.
