Key Account Business Developer

Job DescriptionAs a Key Account Business Developer at Alvéole, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying customer needs, and presenting our solutions effectively. Your experience in B2B selling and ability to thrive in a fast-paced inside sales environment will be valuable assets to our team.
This full-time position offers a flexible start date to accommodate the ideal candidate. You'll work closely with the Sales Team Manager to strategize and drive team success, leveraging your excellent communication skills to persuasively connect with prospects and close sales effectively.
You'll be responsible for managing multiple leads and tasks efficiently, maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene for optimal sales tracking. This includes:
- Managing a high volume of leads while keeping engagement levels high
- Improving win rates and maintaining an Average Contract Value (ACV) of $10K per year
- Fostering cross-team collaboration that aligns with Alvéole's growth goals
Additionally, you'll need to adapt to the pace and challenges of a dynamic revenue team, demonstrating entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and initiative. We're looking for a self-motivated individual who can take ownership of their pipeline, meeting or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Experience and Skills RequiredTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the SaaS industry
- Proficiency in consultative sales techniques, focusing on positioning products as tailored solutions to client needs
- Comfort with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, as well as ZoomInfo and Sales Navigator
