Account Manager for Commercial Lines Team

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our Commercial Lines team at McDougall Insurance and Financial in Brockville, Ontario. With over 50 insurance companies represented, we offer the best selection and rates to our clients.

As a representative of McDougall Insurance and Financial, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service directly to clients after the sale by Sales Executives. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with clients in person, by phone, email, text, etc.
- Processing additions, deletions, or changes to policies on the EPIC broker management system
- Providing quotations or estimates to clients on premiums, updating information, and confirming data and coverage
- Communicating with insurance company personnel as required
You will also function as part of a team responsible for assisting in the collection of accounts receivable and other areas as needed. Additionally, you may be expected to procure sales, normally through upgrading and bundling coverage for personal lines clients.
To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. You must also be willing and eligible to obtain a RIBO license. The estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Company pension, dental care, disability insurance, life insurance, on-site parking, day shift, Monday to Friday.
