Job Summary
The Customer Relationship Manager will develop strong business-to-business relationships with assigned clients through proactive communication, facilitation of client requests, and cross-functional support.
This role requires excellent client service skills, effective executive presence, and the ability to prioritize, solve, and escalate challenges or opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular contact with assigned clients to understand their needs and strategic direction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored billing programs, account growth strategies, and proactive retention initiatives.
- Support the development and execution of client-focused solutions and proposals.
- Provide ongoing competitive analysis to ensure identification of changing market conditions.
- Generate opportunities to promote Enercare's full breadth of product and services.
- Ensure timely resolution of all client inquiries and act as a client advocate within the organization.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions and progress.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enercare or utility billing experience preferred.
- University/College degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service role with a business-to-business focus.
- Effective executive presence and ability to communicate with clients and internal stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Strong decision-making and analytical skills.
- Ability to travel within Ontario.
