Customer Service Ambassador for Multilingual Telecommunications

About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at telMAX Inc., you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. This role involves independently and collaboratively managing accurate transactions, handling collections, and maintaining detailed records while demonstrating excellent problem-solving abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service experiences to telMAX customers.
- Operate effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Complete accurate transactions in a timely manner.
- Handle collections activities on overdue accounts.
- Be organized, determined, and persistent with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Thoroughly understand the company's products, services, and promotions.
- Display excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Keep customers informed of work to be done.
- Continuously learn and understand telMAX's products and services to promptly respond to customer inquiries regarding software usage, features, monitoring, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proactively respond to network events reported on monitoring tools in the Customer Support Centre and document all interactions and/or escalations and troubleshooting steps taken.
- Stay up-to-date with proprietary system enhancements to manage customer requests more efficiently and effectively.
- Exercise sound practical judgment of priorities and time management.
- Stay informed about the latest updates and changes in telecommunications products and services.
- Demonstrate commitment to staying up-to-date with work processes, policies, and company information.
- Evaluate customer information and issue resolutions accurately.
- Follow procedures and protocols carefully to avoid mistakes.
- Negotiate mutually acceptable and satisfactory resolutions for customers.
Requirements
This role requires:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- An Associate degree in Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant customer service certifications are an asset.

Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, Health Spending Account (HSA), RRSP matching program, Quarterly performance-based bonus, and many more.
