Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in York Region. This role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving queries and concerns, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and online channels, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and correspondence to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.
  • Relationship Building: Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships, share updates, and address concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work with other departments to deliver seamless and high-quality customer support.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and structured with the ability to prioritize a varied workload.
