This role offers a competitive salary of $42,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate with customers in English, providing exceptional support and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and helpful information to resolve their issues.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and prioritize customer tickets, ensuring that all issues are resolved within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including notes and resolution details.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or similar environment.
  • Skills: Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
