About This Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Vice President, Customer Platforms, to play a pivotal role in positioning Enercare for customer success by driving digital transformation and developing innovative, customer-centric digital products/solutions, including CRM, web/mobile, and call center technology.

This strategic leader will champion digital innovation and enhanced customer experiences while driving agility and efficiency through operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital transformation strategy integrating advanced technologies like AI/ML, RPA, and cloud computing.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • 10+ years of experience building and delivering innovative digital customer platform strategies for a significant, high-profile organization similar in size to Enercare.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams/projects in a cross-functional environment and build successful relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills (strategic, short- and long-term), with excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure completion of strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
  • Able to understand change impacts, including the implementation or revision of business processes, systems, and technology.
  • Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations, scope, requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment using a defined SDLC approach via both internal and external team resources.
  • Knowledge of Digital strategy, planning/budgeting, and financial management processes and frameworks.
  • Experience in creating and executing a systems & project-specific analytics strategy.
  • Ability to guide and oversee the successful delivery of projects within their domain.
Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
