A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Commercial Banking Relationship Expert to join our team in Markham, Ontario.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can provide exceptional client service and develop strong relationships with mid-sized businesses in the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and portfolio management experience in commercial banking, as well as excellent negotiation and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth;
- Providing proactive advice and solutions to clients, leveraging partners and promoting cross-selling opportunities;
- Ensuring seamless execution of sales activities, managing sales pipelines, and driving referrals.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Canadian Commercial Banking market, as well as a passion for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and incentives.
Requirements- 2-5 years of commercial banking experience, preferably in a similar role;
- Proven sales and portfolio management skills, including ability to execute sales activities and manage sales pipeline;
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;
- Advanced knowledge of the Canadian Commercial Banking marketplace;
- Undergraduate degree in business or economics or equivalent work experience.
