Client Service Associate Opportunity
Brown & Brown Canada is a leading insurance broker offering comprehensive solutions to clients across the country. We are seeking an experienced Client Service Associate to support our Private Client Team in Markham, Ontario.
Job Summary:
- Responsible for delivering exceptional client service and account management, ensuring seamless policy administration, premium payments, claims handling, and risk management advice.
- Proactively identify coverage gaps and provide tailored recommendations to enhance client protection and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth through referrals, account rounding, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote teamwork, knowledge sharing, and a positive attitude within the department, adhering to agency guidelines and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge and skills through regular training and professional development programs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a valid RIBO License in good standing.
- Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, contracts, and carrier portals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Familiarity with Applied Rating Services.
Benefits:
