The Senior Account Executive is a key position within Nidec Motor Corporation, responsible for driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our top customer accounts. This role requires a unique blend of sales, marketing, and customer service skills to identify new business opportunities and expand existing partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new customers and increase revenue from existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our major customer accounts
- Liaise between customer demands and plant demands to ensure seamless execution
- Create a database of customer knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth
- Work closely with the Sales Administrator to manage sales forecasts and resolve commercial issues
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Basic knowledge of all business disciplines, with a focus on sales, marketing, and customer service
Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
