We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Custom Solutions Implementer in Southern Ontario.

About the Role:

  • This position is responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develops and maintains comprehensive documentation of client interactions, project requirements, and progress reports.
  • Delivers instructional documentation in various formats for each user type, detailing key software features.
  • Determines and implements training plans around customized system/key features, driving the adoption of new software.
  • Conducts regular client check-ins to review progress, ensures the system is being used, and drives client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in account management within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large client accounts and building strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Lucid Chart, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel across Southern Ontario to attend client sites; must have a valid driver's license and access to own vehicle.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, including remote work options, flexible work hours, and opportunities for growth and development.
