Your Role
You will be responsible for curating bespoke luxury travel itineraries tailored to the unique preferences, interests, and requirements of high-net-worth individuals. Your goal will be to deliver seamless, high-touch service and exceed client expectations at every turn.
You will work closely with our product and content teams to create marketing collateral that ignites interest from our members and drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Curate luxury travel itineraries for high-net-worth individuals, considering their unique preferences, interests, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key members, family offices, and corporate clients, understanding their wants and needs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with UHNW clients, anticipating their needs to exceed expectations.
- Help develop and host member events to promote our luxury travel offering.
- Proactively curate unique experiences for members, working closely with internal teams.
- Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Produce timely, accurate documentation to support travel arrangements.
- Be available to members when traveling.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in luxury travel, enhancing your product knowledge and expertise.
