RPIA is a leading wealth management firm that prides itself on delivering exceptional client experiences. Our Marketing & Sales Enablement team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Event Experience Specialist to join our team.


Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits.


Job Description

The Luxury Event Experience Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing high-end events that showcase our clients' wealth and sophistication. This includes managing event logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in event management
  • Strong experience managing events for ultra-high-net-worth clients and B2B corporate events
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple events simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior executives and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with event management software, CRM tools (Salesforce), and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and audiovisual technologies
