Job Title: Capital Projects Manager for Luxury Apartment Developments

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to oversee the execution of large-scale capital projects within our expanding luxury apartment portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project life cycles from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless project execution;
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions;
  • Analyze and interpret complex data, including financial statements, project schedules, and quality control metrics;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and vendors to ensure effective communication and issue resolution;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including project dashboards, status updates, and lessons learned;
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and improve overall performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or real estate industry;
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale capital projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines;
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Familiarity with construction software, such as Procore or Autodesk;
  • Certifications in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, are assets.
