Job Description
The Luxury Sales and Service Leader will play a vital role in achieving the highest standards of luxury sales and service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day supervision and guidance to associates, ensuring seamless customer service and exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
• Provide sales floor supervision and coaching to maintain luxury standards
• Train associates to achieve customer service targets and resolve customer issues
• Participate in the recruitment and selection of associates and assign work as required
• Collaborate with the Manager, Sales to develop and implement sales and service strategies
• Maintain high standards of merchandise presentation and perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 1-3 years supervisory experience with accountability for sales and service
• Proven track record of exceeding sales and profit targets
• Adaptable and comfortable with change
• Retail selling experience in a luxury environment preferred
• Confident and effective communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
