About the Role:- Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage vehicle inventory and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Process vehicle licensing transactions with the Ministry of Transportation
- Receive and distribute packages, mail, and other important documents
- Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
- Maintain common areas and office supplies to ensure a tidy and well-stocked environment
- Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm
- Friday: 8am - 6pm
- No scheduled evening or weekend hours
- Competitive hourly rate: $18/hour
