Job Summary:

About the Role:
  • Greet visitors and respond to phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage vehicle inventory and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process vehicle licensing transactions with the Ministry of Transportation
  • Receive and distribute packages, mail, and other important documents
  • Perform various administrative duties as required, including data entry and record-keeping
  • Maintain common areas and office supplies to ensure a tidy and well-stocked environment
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Thursday: 8am - 5pm
  • Friday: 8am - 6pm
  • No scheduled evening or weekend hours
Compensation and Benefits:
