Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all clients, adhering to Myodetox standards.
  • Effectively communicate our service offerings to new clients through various channels.
  • Manage the clinic schedule efficiently, optimizing shifts and handling bookings and waitlists.
  • Ensure accurate submission and filing of claims, invoices, and transactions.
  • Maintain organized and detailed client notes to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including regular sanitization and maintenance of treatment areas.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Foster clear communication with fellow staff members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provide valuable insights from daily operations to the management team.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work at least 4 shifts per week, totaling 30+ hours.
  • Strong commitment to positive client interactions and experiences.
