Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients in a courteous and professional manner upon their arrival.
  • Guide clients to the relevant departments within the organization.
  • Manage incoming calls and ensure accurate message delivery.
  • Keep customer waiting areas clean and well-stocked.

  • Address customer inquiries in person, via phone, and through email.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
