Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a courteous manner upon their arrival.
- Guide clients to the relevant departments within the organization.
- Manage incoming phone calls and relay messages accurately.
- Ensure cleanliness and adequate supplies in client waiting areas.
- Facilitate communication between departments regarding client appointments.
- Address client inquiries in person, via phone, and through electronic communication.
- Process client payments and manage service documentation.

Qualifications:
