Position Overview:
We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic service team. This role demands a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, coupled with exceptional client service and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a client-centric mindset, outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility in their schedule. Responsibilities include managing patient flow within the clinic and collaborating with other staff to ensure a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, guiding them throughout their visit and managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle payment transactions for appointments and products.
- Ensure the completion of all necessary patient documentation.
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including preparations for the following day.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for clients.
- Maintain inventory of reception supplies.
- Provide backup support for the Concierge team and related duties.
- Oversee clinic flow, managing both patient and staff movement.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Engage in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
- Facilitate communication with other departments to enhance client experience.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and clients through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience in a four-star hotel or relevant hospitality education is advantageous.
- Educational background in health or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Skilled in building relationships beyond the reception team.
Work Environment:
This full-time position operates five days a week, with a schedule that includes weekdays and Saturdays. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate clinic operations.
