Position Overview:

We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic service team. This role demands a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, coupled with exceptional client service and organizational abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a client-centric mindset, outstanding communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility in their schedule. Responsibilities include managing patient flow within the clinic and collaborating with other staff to ensure a seamless service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome clients, guiding them throughout their visit and managing check-in and check-out processes.
  2. Handle payment transactions for appointments and products.
  3. Ensure the completion of all necessary patient documentation.
  4. Execute opening and closing procedures, including preparations for the following day.
  5. Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for clients.
  6. Maintain inventory of reception supplies.
  7. Provide backup support for the Concierge team and related duties.
  8. Oversee clinic flow, managing both patient and staff movement.
  9. Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
  10. Engage in problem-solving within a fast-paced environment.
  11. Facilitate communication with other departments to enhance client experience.
  12. Respond to inquiries from staff and clients through appropriate channels.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar capacity.
  2. Experience in a four-star hotel or relevant hospitality education is advantageous.
  3. Educational background in health or a related field is preferred.
  4. Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  8. Skilled in building relationships beyond the reception team.

Work Environment:

This full-time position operates five days a week, with a schedule that includes weekdays and Saturdays. Flexibility in working hours is essential to accommodate clinic operations.
