Job Summary:

IFG International Financial Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist to join their Trade Support team on a 12-month contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work with a major Financial Institution and has the potential to become a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely support to the trade desk on T+0, including processing trades, resolving issues, and providing information and reports to traders.
  • Liaise with counterparties, internal confirmations, settlements, PnL, and collateral teams.
  • Collaborate with the trade desk to ensure seamless trade execution and settlement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external counterparties.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in capital markets operations supporting traders.
  • Strong knowledge of derivative products and their trading lifecycles, including swaps and total return swaps.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 1-2 days per week in the office.
