Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to become an integral part of our high-performance service team. This role demands a vibrant personality, meticulous attention to detail, exceptional client service skills, and strong organizational capabilities. The ideal candidate will be a client-oriented professional with outstanding communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warmly welcoming and assisting clients throughout their visit, including managing check-in and check-out processes.
  2. Processing payments for services and products.
  3. Ensuring the completion of all necessary patient documentation.
  4. Executing opening and closing procedures, including preparations for the following day.
  5. Coordinating appointment scheduling and client referrals.
  6. Managing inventory of reception supplies.
  7. Providing backup support for the Concierge team and related duties.
  8. Overseeing clinic flow, including patient and staff movement.
  9. Addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  10. Problem-solving in a dynamic environment.
  11. Troubleshooting various challenges.
  12. Maintaining collaborative relationships with other departments to ensure an exceptional client experience.
  13. Liaising with all clinic departments effectively.
  14. Responding to inquiries from staff and clients through electronic communication.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  2. Experience in a Four Star Hotel or relevant hospitality education is advantageous.
  3. Educational background in health or a related field is a plus.
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  6. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Capability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Proficiency in building relationships beyond the reception team.

This full-time position operates five days a week, with a schedule that includes Monday to Saturday. Candidates must be available for in-clinic work during specified hours.
