Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Reception Specialist to enhance our client experience at Myodetox. The Reception Specialist plays a crucial role in delivering outstanding service and hospitality, overseeing all front desk operational responsibilities, and providing unwavering support to our team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all clients in accordance with Myodetox standards.
  • Effectively communicate our service offerings to new clients through various channels including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Manage and optimize the clinic schedule, ensuring efficient booking strategies and waitlist management.
  • Accurately process and file all claims, invoices, and transactions.
  • Maintain detailed and organized client notes to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including regular sanitization and maintenance of treatment areas.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and participate in marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Collaborate with fellow Reception Specialists and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Provide valuable insights from daily operations to the Operations Lead.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work at least 4 shifts per week, totaling 30+ hours.
  • Strong commitment to fostering positive client interactions.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional clinic environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate the value of our services to clients.
  • Proactive approach to booking strategies and business development.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
