POSITION OVERVIEW

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Recruitment Consultant with a robust background in the semiconductor sector. As an integral part of our Global talent acquisition team, you will be pivotal in sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for our esteemed semiconductor clients with a worldwide footprint. The ideal candidate will possess a fervor for recruitment and a comprehensive understanding of semiconductor roles, along with the recruitment landscapes in the US, Canada, and India.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and implement educational materials for specialized semiconductor roles and develop a global sourcing strategy for diverse skill sets.
  • Conduct training sessions in English and Hindi focusing on sourcing methodologies and technological insights.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of the semiconductor markets in the US, Canada, and India.
  • Possess experience in agency recruitment, RPO, and early career hiring.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Blind for social media recruitment.
  • Exhibit proficiency in various ATS and VMS systems, including Beeline and ICIMS.
  • Show technical expertise in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel, AI tools, and Photoshop.
  • Lead and inspire a team to surpass individual and collective KPIs.
  • Exhibit skills in data manipulation, presentation, and reporting for client needs.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Dice, and Google X-ray searching.
  • Understand financial planning, fee forecasting, and target achievement.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in research and market mapping techniques.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A minimum of 2 years of sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry and 3 years of overall recruitment experience.
  • Relevant university diplomas or certificates in Human Resources, Personnel Administration, or Global Studies are advantageous.
  • You are driven by goals, adept at building new and maintaining existing relationships, competitive yet thrive in a collaborative environment, and possess the self-motivation to achieve results.

COMPENSATION:

The salary for this position includes a base salary ranging from $66,000 to $68,000, complemented by a bonus structure in the first year.
