Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional service and hospitality to all clients in accordance with Myodetox standards.
  • Effectively communicate our service offerings to new clients through various channels including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Manage the clinic schedule efficiently, optimizing shifts and handling bookings and waitlists.
  • Ensure accurate submission and filing of claims, invoices, and transactions.
  • Maintain organized and detailed client notes to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the clinic, including regular sanitization and upkeep of treatment areas.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and participate in marketing initiatives as directed.
  • Collaborate with fellow Reception Specialists and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Provide valuable feedback to the Operations Lead based on client interactions and team insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or hospitality.
  • Availability to work at least 4 shifts per week, totaling 30+ hours.
  • Strong commitment to fostering positive client interactions and experiences.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional and presentable clinic environment.
  • Ability to communicate the value of our services effectively to clients.
  • Proactive in implementing business strategies to drive bookings.
