Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Reception Specialist to join our team at Myodetox. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service and hospitality at our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding service and hospitality to all clients in accordance with Myodetox standards.
  • Effectively communicate our service offerings to new clients through various channels including phone and in-person interactions.
  • Manage and optimize the clinic schedule, ensuring efficient booking and waitlist management.
  • Accurately process and file all claims, invoices, and transactions.
  • Maintain organized and detailed client notes to facilitate seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the clinic remains clean and organized, performing regular sanitization and upkeep of equipment and treatment areas.
  • Assist with client follow-ups and participate in marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Communicate consistently with fellow staff members to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the Operations Lead based on daily experiences and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
  • Availability to work at least 4 shifts per week, totaling 30+ hours.
  • Strong commitment to positive client interactions and experiences.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a professional and presentable clinic environment.
  • Ability to articulate the value of our services to clients.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
