About the Team & Business Line:

Our Fund Administration division is the cornerstone of Citco's operations, recognized for its superior alternative asset and accounting services. We invest continuously in technology and training, ensuring our team is equipped to provide an exceptional client experience.

As a vital member of our Investor Relations team, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals to deliver outstanding services for intricate fund structures that our clients rely on.



Your Role:

  • Oversee the activities of Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists, assisting with essential tasks such as:
    • Reviewing subscription and transfer agreements
    • Conducting AML/KYC verifications
    • Following up with investors regarding missing documentation and overdue communications
    • Managing the production and distribution of partner statements, capital calls, distributions, and other relevant correspondence.
  • Ensure the precise maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records.
  • Manage the upkeep of bank accounts associated with assigned funds.
  • Review and authorize Capital Call receipts and Distribution payments.
  • Handle all investor and client inquiries appropriately.
  • Engage in training and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure compliance with established controls and procedures, contributing to management control reports.
  • Develop and oversee Service Level Agreements.


About You:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Have over 5 years of experience in an investor relations setting, ideally within private equity or hedge funds.
  • Exhibit strong client relationship management skills.
  • Demonstrate effective people management and leadership capabilities.
  • Show a keen interest in financial markets, hedge funds, and the private equity sector.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Investran is advantageous.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective working relationships.
