As a vital member of our Investor Relations team, you will collaborate with highly skilled professionals to deliver outstanding services for intricate fund structures that our clients rely on.



Your Role:

  • Oversee the activities of Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists, assisting with essential tasks such as:
    • Reviewing subscription and transfer agreements
    • Conducting AML/KYC checks
    • Following up with investors regarding missing documentation and overdue communications
    • Producing and distributing partner statements, capital calls, distributions, and other correspondence.
  • Ensure the precise maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records.
  • Manage the upkeep of bank accounts associated with assigned funds.
  • Review and authorize Capital Call receipts and Distribution payments.
  • Address all investor and client inquiries appropriately.
  • Engage in training and mentoring team members.
  • Ensure compliance with established controls and procedures, contributing to management control reports.
  • Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements.


About You:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • You have over 5 years of experience in an investor relations setting, ideally within private equity or hedge funds.
  • You demonstrate strong client relationship management skills.
  • You have proven leadership and people management experience.
  • You exhibit a keen interest in financial markets, hedge funds, and the private equity sector.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Knowledge of Investran is advantageous.
  • You possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build effective working relationships.
