About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration stands as the cornerstone of Citco's operations, recognized for delivering exceptional alternative asset and accounting services. Our ongoing investment in technology and professional development ensures that our team is equipped to provide an unparalleled client experience.


Your Role:

  • Oversee the activities of Investor Relations and Senior Investor Relations Specialists, assisting with critical tasks such as:
    • Reviewing subscription and transfer agreements
    • Conducting AML/KYC checks
    • Following up with investors regarding missing documentation and overdue communications
    • Managing the production and distribution of partner statements, capital calls, distributions, and other relevant correspondence
  • Ensure meticulous maintenance of all electronic and physical partner records.
  • Oversee the management of bank accounts associated with assigned funds.
  • Review and authorize Capital Call receipts and Distribution payments.
  • Address all investor and client inquiries with appropriate diligence.
  • Contribute to the training and development of team members.
  • Ensure compliance with established controls and procedures, contributing to management control reports.
  • Develop and monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure optimal service delivery.

About You:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Bring over 5 years of experience in an investor relations context, ideally within private equity or hedge funds.
  • Demonstrate a strong background in client relationship management.
  • Exhibit effective leadership and people management skills.
  • Show a keen interest in financial markets, particularly in hedge funds and private equity.
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Investran is advantageous.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective working relationships.
